FAQ

Why is this happening?

Check out Bias factory incident. The manufacturer for the project breached the contract, extorted large sums of money from Baionlenja, and delivered defective keyboards.

Can I receive the refund to a different payment method than the original?

Unfortunately Stripe’s and Shopify’s terms of service do not allow this. You must ask your previous bank to redirect the funds.

In what order are refunds processed?

Oldest to newest.

Can I cancel my refund?

Stripe and Shopify do not allow this.

How can I get my refund sooner?

All there is to do is wait for us to create enough revenue to start paying out refunds. Any disruptions or distractions will only serve to slow the process down, or even risk it entirely.

Something was sold at the store, why are refunds not progressing?

There’s still overdue bills and interest to pay left over from the Bias factory incident. It will take a month or two before cash from sales is able to be allocated towards refunds rather than basic necessities.

What is the timeline for refunds?

It’s impossible to give any timeline for refunds. We tried earlier and reality always was worse. We will be updating the refund % counter every time refunds go out. First few in-stock keyboard sales will likely not yield enough profit for refunds, but as batches get sold, margins improve every time

If budget allows it, other products such as deskmats etc. will be added to try and keep the revenue growing.
